boylamlarning ta’sirida umurtqa pog‘onasi funktsiyasi o‘zgarib turadi. 
 Muskullar odam tanasini normal ushlab turishdan tashqari qarama-qarshi 
 kuchlarni (antigravitatsion kuch) bir-biriga mutanosib qilish 
vazifasini ham bajaradi. Agar muskullar yaxshi rivojlangan bo‘lsa, 
ularning harakati bir-biriga mutanosib (sinxron) bo‘ladi. Bu, o‘z 
navbatida, umurtqa pog‘onasining qiyshaymasdan to‘g‘ri rivojlanishiga 
yordam beradi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Insonda suyaklarning o‘sishi 18—20 yoshlarga borib deyarli 
to‘xtaydi va hamma fiziologik egriliklar bu vaqtga kelib silliqlanadi.
 Chunki uning muskul-boylam birikmalari, tog‘ay sohasi qavatlari juda 
ham harakatchan va egiluvchan holatga yetadi. Shu bois, umurtqa 
pog‘onasining yaxshi rivojlanishi to‘g‘ri va adl qomatning tamal toshi 
 ekanligini hisobga olgan holda aynan maktab davrida bola qomatining 
to‘g‘ri shakllanishiga alohida e’tibor qaratish lozim.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Umurtqaning fiziologik egriliklari umurtqa pog‘onalarining 
egiluvchanlik xususiyatini oshiradi va odamning ichki a’zolarini tashqi 
 muhit ta’sirlarida shikastlanishdan asraydi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bolalarda qaddi-qomatning to‘g‘riligini tekshirish&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;E’tibor bilan qaraganda bu — oson. Bola tik turgan holatda 
yonbosh tarafdan qarab tekshiriladi (u o‘zingizdan 1,5—2,0 metr 
uzoqlikda bo‘lishi zarur).&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Tekshirish paytida, albatta, boshni tutib turish, oldinga 
yoki orqaga egilganligi, ko‘krak qafasining formasi, qorin chizig‘i, 
tizza bo‘g‘imi bukilmasi, umurtqaning bo‘yin, ko‘krak va bel egriligi 
e’tiborga olinadi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Bolaning yuzma-yuz qarab turgan holatidagi tekshiruvda esa 
uning yelka sohasi bir xil ekanligiga e’tibor qilish zarur. Orqa bilan
 turgan holatda tekshirilganda uning yelkasi, ko‘krak pastki 
burchagining bir xilligi va umurtqadan bir xil uzoqlikda ekanligi 
ko‘zdan kechiriladi. So‘ngra bola oldinga 900 egiltirilib tekshiriladi
 (tizza bukilmaydi, qo‘l osilib turadi). Bunda kurak sohalarining ikki
 yarmi ham bir xilligi yoki chap yo o‘ng kurak sohasining bo‘rtib 
chiqqanligini ko‘rish mumkin.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skolioz&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Bolalardagi qaddi-qomat nuqsonlaridan biri skolioz 
kasalligidir. Bu kasallik umurtqaning o‘ng yoki chap yon tarafga 
qiyshayishi natijasida paydo bo‘ladi. Kasallik faqat umurtqa 
pog‘onasining xastaligi emas, balki bir butun organizmda chuqur 
o‘zgarishlar bo‘lishi bilan farqlanadi. U sekin rivojlanadi, bemorni 
bezovta qilmaydi. Natijada kasallik kech aniqlanadi. Shuning uchun ham
 uni davolash nihoyatda qiyin kechadi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Skolioz kasalligiga chalingan bola tez charchaydi, bir joyda 
uzoq o‘tirganda, ko‘p yurgan paytda umurtqa pog‘onasida og‘riq sezadi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Skolioz kasalligi:&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;1) Yoysimon&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;2) S — simon turlari uchraydi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Kasallik og‘ir-engilligiga qarab, 4 darajali bo‘lishi mumkin:&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;1-darajali skolioz — yengil turi bo‘lib, tekshirilganda umurtqa qiyshiqligi bola gorizontal holda yotganda yo‘qoladi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;2-darajali skoliozda — bola tekis joyda yotgan payti ham 
qiyshiqlik yo‘qolmaydi. Ko‘krak va bel sohasida qiyshiqlik natijasida 
muskul o‘rami yoki bo‘rtmasini aniqlash mumkin.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;3-darajali skoliozda esa tanada mo‘’tadillashgan qiyshiqlik 
 kuzatiladi. Bunday skoliozda bukrilik paydo bo‘ladi. Tos suyagining 
qiyshayishi natijasida oyoqning funktsional kaltaligi ko‘zga tashlanadi.
 Bola yon tarafga egilib, o‘sha kaltalikni yo‘qotishga harakat qiladi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;4-darajali skolioz — kasallikning eng og‘ir ko‘rinishi 
bo‘lib, bolaning ichki a’zolarida patologik o‘zgarishlarga olib 
keladi. Oyoq sohalarida falajlik, nevralgiya, parez qayd qilinadi. 
Kasallikni davolamasa, uning xuruji natijasida umurtqaning o‘z o‘qi 
atrofida aylanib ketishi asosida yana ham murakkab deformatsiyalovchi 
asoratlarga olib kelishi mumkin. Bunday nuqsonlar o‘z-o‘zidan bolaning
 ichki a’zolari joylashgan joyidan u yoki bu tarafga siljishiga sabab 
bo‘ladi va ularning funktsiyasi buziladi. O‘pka, yurak-qon temir 
sistemasi zararlanadi. Agar bemorga o‘z vaqtida, kasallikning 
boshlang‘ich darajalarida yordam berilmasa, kelajakda u nogiron bo‘lib
 qolishi mumkin.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Skolioz kasalligi qiz bolalarda o‘g‘il bolalarga qaraganda 
uch barobar ko‘proq uchraydi. Shuni qayd etish kerakki, tengdoshlari 
 tomonidan shunday nuqsonlar mazax qilinishi oqibatida hech kimga 
qo‘shilmaydigan, odamovi, jahldor va tez xafa bo‘ladigan bo‘lib qolishi 
 mumkin.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Qaddi-qomatning buzilishlariga olib keluvchi omillar 
talaygina. Raxit, kamqonlik, nafas yo‘llarining surunkali 
yallig‘lanishi, yuqumli infektsion kasalliklar shular jumlasidandir.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Bu omillarning vujudga kelishiga, eng avvalo, yaxshi 
ovqatlanmaslik, ochiq havoda sayr qilmaslik, yetarli vaqt uxlamaslik, 
sport bilan shug‘ulanmaslik, maktabda partalarning bolalarga mos 
kelmasligi sabab bo‘ladi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skolioz kasalligining oldini olish mumkinmi?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Qadim zamonda bir kishi farzandini tarbiyalashda 
maslahatlashish maqsadida donishmand huzuriga kelibdi. Shunda dono 
hamma gapdan voqif bo‘lgach, u kishiga bola tarbiyasida ancha 
kechikkanligini aytibdi va farzand tarbiyasini tug‘ilgandanoq boshlash
 kerakligini uqtiribdi. Ha, shunday! Qissadan hissa shuki, ota-onalar 
bolasining qaddi-qomatida nuqsonlar bo‘lmasligi uchun ular 
tug‘ilganidan boshlab qayg‘urishi zarur. Bolani 6 oygacha 
o‘tirg‘izmaslik kerak, 3 oylikdan esa uni tez-tez qoringa yotqizish 
maqsadga muvofiqdir. 9 oygacha bolani oyoqqa qo‘yishga shoshilmaslik 
tavsiya etiladi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Bolani bir qo‘lidan yetaklab yurish tavsiya etilmaydi, iloji 
boricha o‘zi yurishi zarur, aks holda umurtqa pog‘onasiga og‘irlik 
tushib, ba’zi nuqsonlarni keltirib chiqarishi mumkin. Bolalarga 
gimnastik mashqlar qildirish ijobiy natijalarni beradi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalar ko‘proq ochiq havoda sayr 
qilishi, turli o‘yinlar o‘ynashi lozim. Agar bolada raxit kasalligi 
aniqlansa, ota-ona darrov bolalar shifokoriga murojaat qilishi va 
maslahatlar olishi shart.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Qaddi-qomatning profilaktikasi uchun albatta, 2—3 yoshdan 
boshlab kompleks gimnastika mashqlariga e’tibor berish, 3 yoshdan 
boshlab chana yoki chang‘i uchishni o‘rgatish yaxshi samaralarga olib 
keladi. .&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Eng asosiy masala bolalarning poyabzaliga qaratilishi zarur. 
Oyoq kiyimlari katta ham, kichik ham bo‘lmasligi kerak. Agar yassi 
oyoqlilik mavjud bo‘lsa, albatta, stelka –supinator bilan poyafzal 
kiyish tavsiya etiladi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Bola stulda dars qilayotgan paytda bir oyog‘ini tagiga qo‘yib
 o‘tirmasligi kerak, chunki bunda tananing mutanosibligi buziladi va 
bu umurtqa pog‘onasining noto‘g‘ri rivojlanishiga olib keladi. Yana 
bolaga yoni bilan yotib, kitob mutolaa qilishni taqiqlash zarur.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;O‘qishda, yozishda bola stulga suyangan holda qo‘lni 
ko‘kragining oldiga qo‘yib o‘tirishi, o‘tirg‘ich balandligi boldirning
 uzunligiga teng bo‘lishi shart. Yorug‘lik faqat chap tarafdan 
tushishi, kitob va daftarga egilmasdan masofani saqlab o‘tirish talab 
etiladi. Bu masofa shunday: tirsakni stolga qo‘ygan holda qo‘l 
barmoqlari uchini ko‘zning tashqi burchagiga olib kelishi kerak. Ana 
shunday surat o‘quvchining ko‘z oldiga doska yoniga ilib qo‘yilsa, 
maqsadga muvofiq.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qaddi-qomatning nuqsonlarini davolash&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Bola qomatidagi nuqsonlarni bartaraf etish 
shifokor-ortopedlar, bolalar shifokori, pedagoglar, tarbiyachilar 
oldidagi muhim vazifalardan biridir.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Bunday paytda muhim rejalar ishlab chiqiladi:&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— Krovatdagi ko‘rpacha tagiga fanerdan yasalgan taxtacha qo‘yish va unda bolani orqasi yoki qorni bilan yotishga o‘rgatish;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— o‘z vaqtida ovqatlanishni yo‘lga qo‘yish;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— sumkani orqaga osib yuradigani bilan almashtirish;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— bolaning ko‘rish va eshitish holatini shifokorga tekshirtirish;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— kunlik rejimni nazorat qilish, sayrga chiqish, yetarli uyqu har doim bir xil vaqtda bo‘lishini ta’minlash;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— maktabda sinf rahbari va shifokor bilan tez-tez muloqotda bo‘lish;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— bolaning sinf partasida o‘tirishini nazorat qilish;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— bolaga og‘irroq narsalarni ko‘tartirmaslik;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— ertalabki badantarbiyaga odatlantirish;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— shifokor-ortoped ko‘rsatmasiga binoan davolash gimnastikasi bilan shug‘ullanishini tashkil etish;&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;— suv sporti, chang‘i uchish foydali ekanligini tushuntirish kabi bir qator tartiblarga amal qildirish lozim.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Yuqoridagi zikr etilgan barcha tavsiyalar hayotga tatbiq 
etilgandagina bolalarning faol rivojlanishini, o‘sishini ta’minlaydi. Bu
 mavjud nuqsonlarni ma’lum bosqichda to‘xtatadi yoki butunlay oldini 
 oladi.&lt;/p&gt;
 &lt;p&gt;Prezidentmiz Islom Karimov O‘zbekiston bolalar sportini 
rivojlantirish jamg‘armasi homiylik kengashining yig‘ilishlaridan birida
 yurtimizda sog‘lom va barkamol avlodni shakllantirish borasida olib 
 borilgan keng ko‘lamli islohotlar natijasida bolalarimizning o‘rtacha 
 bo‘yi, vazni va ko‘krak qafaslarining sezilarli darajada ijobiy tomonga
 o‘zgarib borayotganligini mamnuniyat bilan ta’kidlab o‘tgandi. 
Tahlillarga ko‘ra, ayni paytga kelib 13-14 yoshli o‘g‘il bolalarning 
o‘rtacha bo‘yi 2004 yilga nisbatan 1,9 santimetrga, qizlarniki esa 1,2 
 santimetrga o‘sgan. Ushbu yoshdagi o‘g‘il bolalarning o‘rtacha vazni 
3,3 kilogrammga, qizlarniki esa 2 kilogrammga oshgan. Shuningdek, 2007
 yil &quot;O‘zekspomarkaz”da bo‘lib o‘tgan o‘quv jihozlari ko‘rgazmasida 
ham Yurtboshimiz barcha o‘quv jihozlari o‘quvchi salomatligi o‘ylangan
 holda tayyorlanishi lozimligi, o‘quvchi partasi, sumkasini ishlab 
chiqarishda bola qaddi-qomatining to‘g‘ri shakllanishini hisobga olish
 zarurligini alohida ta’kidlab o‘tgandi. Prezidentimizning 
ko‘rsatmalariga asosan bu yo‘nalishda salmoqli ishlar amalga 
oshirildiki, umumta’lim muassasalarida o‘quvchining psixologik, 
jismoniy va fiziologik holatlaridan yaxshi xabardor bo‘lgan oliy 
ma’lumotli mutaxassislar bilan ta’minlanayotganligi, maktablarda 
salomatlik saboqlari kabi darslarning o‘tilayotganligi ham ana shu
